 1 Onion
 2 tbsp Crushed Garlic
 1 pinch Pepper
 1 pinch Salt
 1 tsp Cumin
 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
 3 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
 1 Serve of Low & Slow 101 Liquid Cheese mix
 500 g Bacon
 500 g Macaroni Pasta
 ¼ cup Shallots to serve

Bring heavily salted water to the boil in a large pot

In a separate frying pan, add finely sliced bacon, finely sliced onion and garlic and let cook down

Add pasta to water and cook until just prior to done, remove from heat, strain and then set aside in separate pot

Back to frying pan, add cumin, maple syrup, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste and let liquid cook down. Once this has happened, remove from heat and add to pasta which has been set aside.

Cook Liquid Cheese 101 mix per instructions (single serve) and add liquid cheese to pasta and onion mix

Stir thoroughly and place in large tray. Dress with shallots to serve.
