 2 tbsp Liquid Cheese 101
 500 ml Full Cream Milk
 460 g Cheese of your liking

Add 500ml of milk to a pot over high heat.

Add 2 tablespoons of Low & Slow 101 Liquid cheese powder

Using a hand blender, blend on slow until milk is almost too hot to touch.

Add shredded cheese of your choice (we recommend half/half cheddar and mozzarella) in 2 separate lots, each time blending until completely melted

Add the last half of cheese and blend again, until completely melted. The end result should look thick, yet able to be poured with ease. If you require a thinner liquid cheese, simply add a little more milk.

Be sure to store un-used cheese in the refrigerator. To reheat, simply microwave until liquid again.
